Decision & Preparations
One a selling price has been established, it’s time to prepare the property for sale. Making improvements such as painting, cleaning, and freshening the décor will help sell the home. A full list of reliable contractors is available to assist you with these projects. Once the property is ready, Greg will list the property. This tells the world that your home is officially on the market.
Marketing & Pricing
Greg Oldham excels at marketing your home. He will take photos and gather details of the property for the online listing. He will then post the listing to multiple real estate websites, spreading the word to buying agents that your home is for sale. He will also arrange showings for potential buyers.
Offers & Negotiations
Offers and counter-offers are a normal part of the selling procedure. Greg will help negotiate these offers with your best interest in mind. Once the buyer agrees with the selling price, the process moves towards the final step.
Due Diligence & Closing
The buyer will most likely request an inspection of the property. If repairs are found to be needed, they are usually made at this time. Repairs can also be negotiated into the price of the home, if needed. The buyer will schedule a final walk-through at this time. Once everything has been completed, Greg will schedule and oversee a closing. This is a meeting between buy and seller in which legal paperwork is signed, transferring ownership of the property to the buyer.
